TERMS AND CONDITIONS

​Article 1: Scope
These conditions apply to the services provided by GSA-VOYAGES and Grand-Sahara-Aventures, in Tunisia.

Article 2: Price
The prices are those published on the site on the date of registration, they will be confirmed to you by an estimate which will be sent to you following your request.
They are indicated per person and in Euro.
The prices indicated on the site are subject to change at any time but the services will be invoiced at the price announced when the order is placed.

Article 3: Order
The order must be made by email.
The information on the GSA-VOYAGES and Grand-Sahara-Aventures sites is contractual and will be subject to confirmation by email.
Any order implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
All reservations must be accompanied by a confirmation email as well as copies of the participants' identity documents.
You will be asked to pay a 15% deposit to book the excursion or circuit, in return for a voucher that will be sent to you.

Article 4: Payment
The payment of a deposit of 15% will be required to reserve the excursion or the circuit
The total balance will be due on the day of departure of the excursion or circuit, the balance must be paid in cash, either in Euros or in Dinars.
Or by international bank transfer or with the WISE application, 10 days before the start of your tour or excursion.

Article 5: Execution of the service provision

After receipt of the confirmation email and copies of the identity documents or passports of the participants, and the deposit, the reservation of the services requested will be made.
You will receive the voucher (voucher) as well as the contact details of your guide and your contacts in Djerba, Gabes, Zarzis or Tozeur.

Article 6: Refund conditions Cancellation
In case of cancellation by you to:
- More than 30 days before the departure date, full refund, excluding bank transfer fees.
- Between 30 and 21 days before the departure date, 25% of the total amount of the deposit will be retained, excluding bank transfer costs.
- Between 20 and 10 days before the departure date, 50% of the total amount of the deposit will be retained, excluding bank transfer costs.
- From 9 to 4 days before the departure date, 80% of the total amount of the deposit will be retained, transfer costs not included.
- From 4 days until the departure date, the total amount of the deposit will be retained, including bank transfer costs.

Any cancellation must be communicated by email with acknowledgment of receipt, to: contact@gsa-voyages.com

Article 7 – Personal data

The personal information and personal data concerning you are necessary for the management of your order, as well as the improvement of the services and information addressed to you.
They can also be transmitted to the guides in charge of the execution of the services and orders for their management, execution, processing and payment.
This information and data is also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Article 8: Civil liability
In accordance with the legislation that governs our profession, we are insured for professional civil liability. However, we cannot replace the individual civil liability and repatriation insurance that each client must hold.

It is essential that you have a multi-risk guarantee: rescue and repatriation, medical expenses, theft of luggage, etc.
